Trauma-Focused Therapy

Trauma has a way of living on long after the event is over. It shows up in your sleep, your relationships, your reactions, and the way your nervous system responds to everyday stress. Sometimes it feels like you’re overreacting. Other times, it feels like you’re not reacting at all. Trauma looks different for everyone.

I’m not here to push you to relive what happened or force you to talk about things before you’re ready. We move at your pace. The work starts with helping your nervous system feel safer, more regulated, and more grounded, because healing can’t happen when your body still feels like it’s in danger.
