I am in-network with most major plans. (Aetna, BCBS, Optum, UHC, and more.) I will check your benefits and submit claims on your behalf. Please contact me to inquire if I am a participating provider with your insurance carrier. I can provide you with a monthly superbill (detailed receipt) that you may submit to your insurance for possible out-of-network reimbursement, depending on your plan.
Under the "No Surprises Act," you have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical care will cost. Under the law, healthcare providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the bill for medical items and services.
For questions or more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate, visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises.
Life doesn't always go according to plan, and I totally get it. Kids get sick, work runs over, and sometimes you just need to reschedule. I ask for 24 hours notice when you can give it -- not to be rigid, but because that time is held exclusively for you and hard to fill on short notice. If something comes up last minute, reach out and we'll figure it out together. My goal is to make this process as stress-free as possible.
