Please contact me to inquire if I am a participating provider with your insurance carrier. I can provide you with a monthly superbill (detailed receipt) that you may submit to your insurance for possible out-of-network reimbursement, depending on your plan. If cost is a concern, I also offer a limited number of sliding-scale and pro bono spots to clients who demonstrate financial need.
Under the "No Surprises Act," you have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical care will cost. Under the law, healthcare providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the bill for medical items and services.

We kindly ask for 24 hours notice for cancellations. Sessions canceled with less notice are charged the full session fee.
For any no-shows or late cancellations (less than 24 hours before the session start time), clients are responsible for the full session fee. Please reach out at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule. If we’re able to find another time during the same work week (Monday–Friday), the late cancellation fee may be waived.
