Anxiety can make everything feel urgent. You overthink conversations, replay decisions, and brace yourself for what might go wrong next. Your nervous system is doing exactly what it learned to do to keep you safe.

In therapy, we don’t treat anxiety like an enemy that needs to be eliminated. We work on understanding why it shows up, what keeps it stuck, and how to respond to it differently so it doesn’t run your life.

We’ll work on calming your nervous system, changing unhelpful thought patterns, and building confidence in your ability to handle discomfort. The goal isn’t to never feel anxious again, it’s to stop anxiety from being in control and putting you back in the driver’s seat.
